Il Grumbach è un affluente lungo quasi sei chilometri, orientale e orograficamente sinistro del Rohrbach nel Saarland. Scorre principalmente nell'area della capitale statale Saarbrücken; un breve tratto attraversa il circondario Saarpfalz del Saarland.
Il Grumbach ha origine nell'area forestale di Sankt Ingbert-Kirkeler. La sua sorgente si trova a nord del territorio del quartiere di Ensheim a Saarbrücken, circa 700 m a sud-est del quartiere di Sengscheid a St. Ingbert, sul versante meridionale del monte Steinkopf.
