Reuthen è una frazione del comune di Felixsee nel distretto di Spree-Neiße in Brandeburgo. Il comune è stato accorpato il 26 ottobre 2003 ed era precedentemente un comune autonomo. Reuthen appartiene all'ufficio di Döbern-Land.
Reuthen si trova nella Bassa Lusazia, a circa dieci chilometri in linea d'aria a est-nordest di Spremberg e a dodici chilometri a nord-ovest di Weißwasser. Il territorio del comune confina a nord con Bohsdorf, a nord-est con Friedrichshain, a est con Wolfshain, a sud-est con il comune sassone di Groß Düben, a sud con Lieskau, a sud-ovest con Schönheide, a ovest con Bloischdorf e a nord-ovest con Klein Loitz. Oltre al villaggio omonimo, la frazione di Reuthen comprende anche il luogo abitato di Horlitza al confine con la Sassonia.
