L'edificio residenziale Ehm-Welk-Straße 24 è un bene protetto da vincolo monumentale nella città di Lübbenau/Spreewald, nella contea di Oberspreewald-Lausitz, nel sud della Brandenburg.
L'edificio si trova nel centro storico di Lübbenau, tra il Museo del Spreewald e la Chiesa di San Nicola, ed è parte del monumento "Ensemble Marktplatz". La casa è stata costruita nel 1772 ed è quindi uno degli edifici più antichi della città. Si tratta di una costruzione a vista con struttura in legno a un piano e tetto a padiglione. L'edificio, eretto nello stile barocco, è oggi parte di una fila di case; inizialmente era probabilmente isolato. Nel 2000, la casa è stata sottoposta a una completa ristrutturazione. Solo in quell'occasione è stata scoperta la storica facciata in legno, prima la casa era intonacata.
