La stazione di Ebern è una stazione ferroviaria per passeggeri a binario singolo nella città di Ebern, nella Franconia inferiore. Si trova all'inizio della linea ferroviaria inaugurata nel 1895 tra Breitengüßbach e Maroldsweisach. Dal 2004, la stazione di Ebern è il termine di questa linea.
Il 24 ottobre 1895 è iniziato il servizio sulla linea ferroviaria da Breitengüßbach a Ebern, e il 26 ottobre 1897 è stata aperta anche un'estensione della linea verso Maroldsweisach, distante 17 chilometri. A causa delle cave di ghiaia a Maroldsweisach e Voccawind, oltre al traffico passeggeri, c'era anche un ampio traffico merci sulla linea.
