All'uscita nord-est del paese si trovava un castello medievale, il cui terreno è oggi protetto come bene culturale.
Il catasto bavarese mostra Kranzegg negli anni 1810 con 31 focolari intorno alla cappella di Santa Maria. Le aree agricole sono fortemente frammentate per successione ereditaria.
Come sostanza edilizia storica, sono rimasti solo un fienile della prima metà del XIX secolo e la cappella di Maria in situ, protetti come monumenti architettonici. Vedi anche l'elenco dei monumenti architettonici a Kranzegg.
