Findlos è un villaggio che dal XIX secolo fa parte di Batten, una frazione dell'attuale comune di mercato di Hilders, nel distretto di Fulda in Hesse, nella regione della Rhön.
Findlos si trova a circa 470 m s.l.m., a sud-ovest di Batten e a nord-est di Wickers, direttamente a nord della strada federale 458, che presso Batten confluisce nella strada federale 278. Il torrente Brandbach, che scorre a sinistra in direzione della valle e confluisce a est nell'Ulster, attraversa la B 458 a Findlos. In senso orario si trovano a nord Hilders, a est Batten, a sud-est Thaiden, a sud-ovest Wickers e a ovest il caratteristico monte Findloser a 636 m s.l.m. intorno al villaggio.
