Speele è una frazione del comune di Staufenberg nel distretto di Göttingen nella Bassa Sassonia. Si trova a nord-est di Kassel nella parte inferiore della valle del fiume Fulda al chilometro 97,5 del fiume Fulda.
In auto si arriva attraverso la strada provinciale 215 – una strada senza uscita che termina nel paese – da Lutterberg a Speele.
La strada nazionale più vicina è la B 496, che dista 5,8 km da Speele, diretta verso Hann. Münden oppure verso l'autostrada federale A 7, che si trova a 7,3 km di distanza. Sull'altro lato del fiume Fulda si trova la B 3, ma non ci sono ponti o traghetti.
