Il comune appartiene all'Alcarria di Alcalá, tra i comuni di Campo Real, Nuevo Baztán, Torres de la Alameda, Valverde de Alcalá, Villar del Olmo, Valdilecha e Loeches
A sud-ovest di Pozuelo del Rey nasce il torrente Val de Loeches, affluente del Pantueña, che scorre a nord del territorio comunale. Il comune dispone di un impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue EDAR 107[1]. Nel 1908, è stata costruita, nel principale incrocio di strade del comune, una bella fontana pubblica dotata di abbeveratoio, oggi inutilizzata.
Esistono anche alcuni pozzi con acqua potabile e/o per irrigazione, e si possono ancora osservare i resti strutturali del "Pozzo delle nevi" dove veniva conservata acqua ghiacciata e neve invernale coperta di paglia, per le stagioni più calde.
