Tordesillas è un comune spagnolo di 9.172 abitanti situato nella comunità autonoma di Castiglia e León sul fiume Duero a 28 km da Valladolid.
Antico borgo della Castiglia, situato su una altura che domina il Duero, fu luogo di soggiorno dei re spagnoli, residenza di Giovanna la Pazza tra il 1479 e il 1555 e sede della Santa Junta dei Comuneros.
