Relleu è un comune nella comarca di Marina Baixa nella regione Valenciana della Spagna con una superficie di 77 km². Relleu conta 1.258 abitanti.
Relleu si trova nel mezzo di una valle circondata da montagne come il Cabeçó d'Or, la Serra de la Grana e la Serra de l'Aguilar. Il miglior accesso a Relleu è partendo da Villajoyosa, prendendo la strada per Orxeta e Sella. Da Alicante si ha anche accesso diretto tramite l'AP-7 o la N-332, e poi tramite la CV-775 da El Campello.
Relleu confina con i comuni di Aigües, Alicante, Busot, Jijona, Orxeta, Penàguila, Sella e Torremanzanas.
