Sa Fosca è un tratto del torrente del Gorg Blau nel comune di Escorca, a Maiorca, ed è caratterizzato dal fatto che non passa la luce del sole, ed è da qui che proviene il suo nome.
Inizia al Salt de s'Acollonament, all'interno del torrente des Gorg Blau e termina poco prima di arrivare al Pas dels Caçadors, quasi giusto all'imbocco del torrente des Gorg Blau a s'Entreforc, dove si unisce al Torrent de Lluc per formare il Torrent de Pareis. Può essere attraversato completamente con attrezzatura adeguata, ma è un'escursione di grande difficoltà, poiché implica l'uso di tute di neoprene, la conoscenza del canyon e l'abilità nella tecnica del rappelling. Il Torrent des Gorg Blau consta di oltre 40 salti distribuiti in oltre 6 km di percorso tra pareti che raggiungono i 300 m di altitudine.
