La Torre Delfín è un grattacielo residenziale di 23 piani e 95 metri di altezza proposto che sarà costruito a Benidorm, Spagna. Nonostante la sua altezza non molto elevata, si distinguerà per la sua silhouette a forma di vela e per essere uno dei primi edifici residenziali in Spagna a ottenere la certificazione LEED Oro concessa dal US Green Building Council.[2] Sarà situato in prima linea di spiaggia in parte del terreno occupato dal Gran Hotel Delfín. La licenza di segregazione del terreno è stata concessa dal Comune di Benidorm a metà luglio 2017.[3] La società che promuove il progetto è stata registrata nell'ottobre 2016, si trova a Callosa d'en Sarrià e appartiene all'imprenditore Sergio Vidal Balaguer.[4][5]
