Il bacino di Cavallers o dei Laghi di Tor è un invaso che appartiene al fiume Noguera di Tor, creato da una diga situata nel comune di Vall de Boí, nella comarca dell'Alta Ribagorça.
L'invaso è stato costruito nell'anno 1960. Si trova a un'altitudine di 1.781 m e la sua diga, alta 70 m e lunga 360 m, è del tipo chiamato a controventi. Negli ultimi 10 anni la capacità media che ha presentato è di 14 hm³, cioè il 93,13% della sua capacità.
L'invaso ha fatto scomparire il originale Lago di Cavallers così come la Cascata di Cavallers.
