Il fiume Aiguamòg è un fiume che scorre nella Valle di Arán, è un affluente del Fiume Garona.
Il fiume Aiguamòg nasce nei laghi glaciali della testa del circo di Colomers, circo glaciale che ospita più di 50 laghi tra cui spiccano il lago Maggiore di Colomers, il lago Obago e nella parte più alta del circo il lago di Ratera di Colomers o il Lac deth Cap de Colomers. Il Circo glaciale di Colomers è coronato da cime che superano i 2.500 metri, come il Tuc de Ratera o il Gran Tuc de Colomers.
