Il Teatro Villamarta di Jerez de la Frontera è un teatro progettato in stile regionalista andaluso da Teodoro Anasagasti, costruito nel 1926 .
All'inizio degli anni '20, il re Alfonso XIII propose all'aristocratico di Jerez, Álvaro Dávila y Agreda, marchese di Villamarta, di costruire un teatro per soddisfare le esigenze della ricca classe alta, principalmente aristocratici che dominavano la crescente industria vinicola.
Questo bellissimo teatro è un amalgama di modernismo con reminiscenze di Gaudí e un certo sapore cubista. A titolo di curiosità, è uno dei primi edifici in Spagna a utilizzare il cemento.
La disposizione del pubblico rispetto al palco è frontale e con una capienza di 1.226 spettatori suddivisi in tre zone principali. La programmazione del Teatro comprende tutti i tipi di attività ; opera, teatro, balletto, flamenco, musica classica, ecc., quindi l'attrezzatura scenica è preparata per tutti questi tipi di eventi.
