Le Havre /; in normanno Lé Hâvre, "il porto") è un comune francese di 179.783 abitanti situato nel dipartimento della Senna Marittima nella regione della Normandia.
La città è situata sulla riva destra dell'estuario della Senna ed è importante per il suo porto affacciato sulla Manica. Per il traffico di merci si posiziona al secondo posto in Francia, subito alle spalle di quello di Marsiglia e contemporaneamente si piazza al nono posto in Europa per quanto riguarda il numero di container movimentati.
