Vézère-Tal: I siti di ritrovamento e le pitture rupestri designano un patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO nel dipartimento della Dordogna nell'ex regione Aquitania nel sud-ovest della Francia.
Situato nel corso inferiore della Vézère, il patrimonio mondiale si estende su un'area di circa 30 per 40 chilometri e comprende 147 siti preistorici e 25 grotte decorate.
Oltre ai ritrovamenti di scheletri umani, è stata raccolta una significativa collezione di oggetti, che all'atto dell'iscrizione del patrimonio culturale comprendeva oltre 500.000 oggetti in selce, 148 resti animali e 844 diversi utensili e opere artistiche. Questa collezione ha permesso di stabilire una cronologia delle culture preistoriche in Europa.
