Questa chiesa fu donata nel 1187 dal vescovo Aldeberto III ai Cavalieri di San Giovanni di Gerusalemme. Nel XVII secolo fu sostituita da una chiesa più grande. Dismesso all'epoca del Concordato, venduto nel 1826 e trasformato in fienile e vivaio, oggi lascia intravedere il cielo attraverso la sua volta crollata. La facciata è quasi intatta, ma pende pericolosamente verso l'esterno. Che peccato veder morire un edificio che era l'unica nota di architettura medievale della regione.
