Tra Agen e Marmande, la città di Aiguillon vi aspetta sulle rive del Lot, che sfocia nella Garonna a pochi passi di distanza. Il Museo Raoul Dastrac è ospitato dal 1991 nell'antica cappella dei pescatori del Lot, il cui frontone triangolare e le quattro colonne ricordano l'architettura dei templi romani.
Il primo piano del museo ospita i dipinti di Raoul Dastrac, pittore post-impressionista della prima metà del XX secolo nato e morto ad Aiguillon. Presenta inoltre una collezione di oggetti d'arte (terrecotte, vetri, ecc.) dei secoli XVII, XVIII e XIX, depositati dagli eredi del pittore. Al piano terra vengono regolarmente organizzate mostre temporanee di artisti viventi o retrospettive.
