Nata nel 1960, Meskar è una pittrice professionista (iscritta alla Maison des Artistes) che, fin dall'infanzia, ha dedicato il suo tempo libero alla musica e all'apprendimento della pittura.
Paesaggi immaginari o reali, rive del mare o foreste, pianure e campagne, Meskar trae la sua ispirazione e le sue emozioni dai viaggi o dalle semplici passeggiate, in ciò che la natura offre di più bello: le sue luci, i suoi colori e i suoi contrasti. I suoi quadri si riferiscono all'aria, alla terra, all'acqua, al vento, a tutto ciò che la natura ci offre di sorprendente, di meraviglioso? Uno scenario aperto che invita a lasciarsi andare, a provare emozioni, a far viaggiare l'inconscio e a far diventare i sogni realtà?
