Al piano terra si trovano un bagno con doccia e un WC separato. Al piano superiore, sotto il tetto è stata installata un'accogliente camera da letto (1 letto 140). L'insieme è grazioso, luminoso e completamente attrezzato; è un luogo tranquillo che offre ai suoi occupanti l'opportunità di staccare finalmente dallo stress della vita quotidiana.
