Uno dei villaggi più belli di Francia grazie al suo carattere medievale e al suo adattamento alle gole circostanti, Sainte-Enimie è ricca di antiche strade acciottolate e passaggi a volta, punteggiati da ampie scalinate e graziose terrazze che contribuiscono generosamente al suo fascino.
Dell'antico monastero si può vedere il refettorio, una bella sala capitolare romanica. La chiesa romanica di Notre-Dame-du-Gourg, risalente al XIV secolo, ha subito diverse trasformazioni. Ammirate la bella volta dell'abside e la statua di Sant'Anna, accanto a ceramiche contemporanee che illustrano la storia della fondazione del villaggio. L'antico villaggio ha conservato una borsa del mais e la sua misura del grano.
Sulle rive del Tarn si può nuotare o noleggiare una canoa per scendere lungo le gole. Offriamo anche tour in pullman e tour campione.
