Sorvegliato da "Big Ben" (l'orologio più famoso al mondo), il former royal Palace of Westminster ospita sia la Camera dei Lord che la Camera dei Comuni, ed è così dal XI secolo. Ottenere l'ammissione alle camere di dibattito richiede un lungo attesa e molta burocrazia che il "Visitante del Giorno 1" dovrà rinunciare, ma almeno puoi ammirare la massiccia architettura dall'esterno prima di passare di lì.
Se senti di aver perso qualcosa, sbircia nella Jewel Tower dall'altra parte della strada, uno dei soli due edifici sopravvissuti del medieval Palace of Westminster.
