La stazione ferroviaria di Desford era una stazione ferroviaria nel Leicestershire, in Inghilterra, sulla ferrovia di Leicester e Swannington, che in seguito divenne parte della linea della Midland Railway da Leicester a Burton upon Trent.
La stazione originale fu inaugurata il 18 luglio 1832; originariamente chiamata Desford Lane, fu rinominata Desford entro il 26 aprile 1833. Questa stazione chiuse il 27 marzo 1848, essendo sostituita da una nuova stazione, anch'essa chiamata Desford, situata a 135 metri a ovest dell'originale. La stazione si trovava a circa 0,6 miglia a nord-est del villaggio di Desford, vicino al piccolo centro di Newtown Unthank.
