Cerigotto o Anticitera è una piccola isola greca situata a sud del Peloponneso, situata a nord-ovest di Creta, tra Creta e l'isola di Cerigo.
Dal punto di vista amministrativo, costituiva un comune nella prefettura del Pireo con 44 abitanti secondo i dati del censimento 2001. È stato soppresso a seguito della riforma amministrativa, detta Programma Callicrate, in vigore dal gennaio 2011 ed è ora compreso nel comune di Cerigo.
