Broni è un comune italiano di 9 605 abitanti della provincia di Pavia in Lombardia. Si trova ai piedi delle colline, nell'Oltrepò Pavese, sulla ex statale Padana Inferiore.
Sul sito dell'odierna Broni si trovava probabilmente la località romana citata in due itineraria come Comillomagus, o Cameliomagus, e già abitata dalla tribù Celto-Ligure degli Anamari trascrizioni trascurate di un probabile originario Camillomagus dal ligure Camulo-Magus, dove Camulos sta per la divinità celtica delle battaglie assimilata a Marte in epoca romana e Magus sta per Campo di Marte in lingua celtica; anche se è da taluni identificata con Redavalle, luogo di notevoli ritrovamenti d'epoca romana, le distanze indicate dai suddetti itineraria maggiormente si confanno a Broni.
