La grotta del Romito è un sito risalente al Paleolitico superiore contenente una delle più antiche testimonianze dell'arte preistorica in Italia, e una delle più importanti a livello europeo, situata in località Nuppolara nel comune di Papasidero, in Calabria, provincia di Cosenza.
All'esterno si trovano alcune incisioni rupestri, tra le quali la più importante è un graffito su un grande masso raffigurante un maestoso bovide , e sepolture, risalenti a 11.000 anni fa circa.
Il ritrovamento del graffito è avvenuto nel 1961, è stato datato dagli esperti come appartenente al Paleolitico superiore. Una riproduzione dell'originale si conserva al Museo Nazionale di Reggio Calabria. Altri reperti sono esposti al Museo e istituto fiorentino di preistoria.
