Il lago dell'Esaro è un piccolo lago artificiale della Calabria, sito nel comune di Roggiano Gravina in provincia di Cosenza.
Il lago è stato realizzato grazie allo sbarramento per mezzo di diga in cemento armato e calcestruzzo, incanalando le acque dell'omonimo fiume.
La diga realizzata sull'Esaro, e che ha permesso la realizzazione del lago, ha avuto una storia piuttosto turbolenta e non ancora terminata. I primi lavori iniziarono infatti, tra il 1979 e il 1981, più volte ripresi e sospesi, a causa di continui cedimenti della struttura.
Ultimamente vennero ripresi nel 2002, per essere ancora una volta sospesi a tempo indeterminato, relegando questa opera fra le grandi incompiute calabresi.
