La Falck è un'azienda italiana un tempo fra le più importanti società attive a livello nazionale nel settore siderurgico e, a partire dagli anni novanta, riconvertita alla produzione di energia elettrica, sia da fonti rinnovabili, sia da impianti di cogenerazione.
Venne fondata con il nome di Società anonima Acciaierie e Ferriere Lombarde nel 1906 a Milano da Giorgio Enrico Falck e altri soci. I primi e più importanti stabilimenti furono realizzati a Sesto San Giovanni. Dal 1931 l'azienda cambia nome in Acciaierie e Ferriere Lombarde Falck. Durante la direzione del direttore Generale Carlo Fattorini, professore e ingegnere meccanico specializzato in siderurgia, nel 1943 le Acciaierie e Ferriere Lombarde Falck hanno prodotto acciai, ghisa e relativi prodotti lavorati e semilavorati. L'attività è rimasta stazionaria per quasi ottant'anni, fino alla crisi del settore di metà degli anni settanta, quando cominciò il declino dell'azienda che spense gli ultimi forni nel 1995.
