L'Agrestone è il quartiere più alto del territorio graccianese, in antichità chiamato anche "Florentia di Gracciano" e "collina dell'iris", per le sue bellissime distese di fiori iris e gigli, un tempo presenti in abbondanza in tutto il territorio graccianese.
Zona residenziale di Colle di Val d'Elsa sorta alla fine degli anni novanta e che da sola conta circa 2.500 abitanti. Situato alla periferia sud della città, fa amministrativamente parte della frazione di Gracciano d'Elsa. La costruzione del centro pastorale è iniziata nel giugno 2017. Le attività parrocchiali sono condotte dal sacerdote di Gracciano d'Elsa.
