Il tempio C è stato in parte restaurato. Questo tempio è lungo 63,7 metri e largo 24 metri con colonne alte 8,62 metri e un diametro di 1,54 metri alla base. Si dice che il tempio fosse dedicato ad Apollo.
Nel 1823 le tre metope rappresentanti la Quadriga del Sole, l'uccisione della Medusa da parte di Perseo ed Eracle che conquista i Cercopi, furono scoperte in pezzi e ricomposte nel Museo Archeologico Regionale di Palermo, insieme ad un'enorme maschera della Gorgone in policromia terracotta.
