La famiglia dell'uomo è la più grande mostra fotografica di tutti i tempi ed è stata creata da Edward Steichen - fotografo americano di origini lussemburghesi - ed è stata inaugurata nel 1955 al "Museum of Modern Art" di New York (Moma). Questa grande esposizione si propone di promuovere la comprensione reciproca tra i cittadini attraverso l'uso del linguaggio universale della fotografia.
