Il Castello di Neubourg è un castello nel comune di Gulpen-Wittem, nella Limburg olandese. L'attuale castello risale a dopo il 1288, ma è probabile che sia già nato prima come castello motte, di cui le rovine si trovano dietro l'attuale castello viste da Gulpen.
Durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, la casa venne utilizzata come collegio dai padri gesuiti, mentre i proprietari abitavano negli edifici annessi. Alla fine della guerra, venne usato come quartier generale dell'esercito americano. Nel 1952 entrò in funzione come hotel-ristorante.
Dal 2004 il castello è nuovamente abitato da privati e sono in corso lavori di restauro. Le tre parti costruite del castello e alcuni elementi del terreno sono monumenti nazionali separati.
