Il Mulino Oukoopse è il nome del mulino a bilanciere situato in Zuid-Holland, lungo la Prinsendijk - chiamato in onore del principe Guglielmo III - a Oukoop, nel comune di Reeuwijk. Accanto al mulino si trova la Put di Kruijt, un'area naturale privata nata dall'estrazione di torba.
Il mulino drena volontariamente il polder Oukoop e Negenviertel e scarica l'acqua in eccesso nel Enkele Wiericke. Il livello dell'acqua in questo polder è mantenuto, anche grazie al Mulino Oukoopse, a circa -2,20 NAP. Il Mulino Oukoopse è stato di proprietà della Goudse Verzekeringsmaatschappij N.V e attualmente appartiene alla Fondazione dei Mulini della Renania.
