La Cappella Polacca si trova all'angolo tra Wilhelminasingel e Lovensdijkstraat in un parco dal 1954, l'anno mariano. È un regalo di Breda alla comunità polacca in segno di gratitudine per la liberazione del 29 ottobre 1944. La consacrazione ha avuto luogo il 31 ottobre 1954.
Nella cappella si trova un'immagine della Madonna polacca ispirata a un'icona della Madonna Nera di Częstochowa, un luogo di pellegrinaggio nel sud della Polonia. È realizzata in piastrelle di mosaico ed è incrustata con pietre preziose e foglia d'oro. Attorno c'è una cornice in arenaria di Frans Verhaak. La Madonna è stata realizzata da Jan Gladdines. La cappella è stata progettata dallo studio di architettura Siebers & van Dael.
