Il porto di Spijkenisse si trova tra l'attuale centro storico della città olandese di Spijkenisse e l'Oude Maas. In origine era un porto naturale, formatosi da un creek. Lungo le sponde di quel creek si stabilirono alla fine del XII secolo dei contadini, segnando l'inizio di Spijkenisse. Questo creek è servito come porto per secoli. Ora una parte di esso è stata riempita e un'altra parte chiusa. Solo l'ultima parte ha ancora un collegamento aperto con l'Oude Maas ed è utilizzata dalla navigazione da diporto come porto.
