Il campo Lilla Vik, o Little Bay in inglese, è un bellissimo ambiente simile a un parco dove è possibile vedere e degustare il Mar Baltico. Con i tee posizionati in alto sopra la linea costiera, è il gioiello sul mare del Golf Club Österlen. Il Golf Club Österlen è stato fondato nel 1945, quando i membri giocavano su un percorso di 6 buche che sei anni dopo fu ampliato in un layout di 9 buche. Il campo Lilla Vik con 18 buche apparve solo alla fine degli anni '70 quando l'architetto Tommy Nordström fu incaricato di raddoppiare le dimensioni del vecchio percorso. Nel 2012 Pierre Fulke avviò un programma di ristrutturazione del campo che fu completato nel 2014, migliorando in modo inconfondibile Lilla Vik
