Il Charlestown High Bridge attraversava il fiume Charles a Boston, Massachusetts, ed era parte di I-93/US 1 all'estremità nord dell'Arteria Centrale.
Questo ponte a trave a doppio livello, costruito nel 1954, doveva originariamente trasportare I-95 attraverso Boston da sud-ovest a nord-est in tandem con il Tobin Bridge, costruito nel 1950.
