De parochiekerk Wels-St. Franziskus is een rooms-katholieke parochiekerk in de Wels stadswijk Vogelweide in de wijk Laahen in Opper-Oostenrijk. Ze is gewijd aan de heilige Franciscus van Assisi en behoort tot het dekenaat Wels in het bisdom Linz. Al in 1997 werd een zorgcentrum geopend in de Wels wijk Laahen. Vanwege ruimtegebrek groeide de behoefte aan een nieuwe kerk, waardoor een architectuurwedstrijd werd georganiseerd. De Welse architecten Max Luger en Franz Maul wonnen de wedstrijd. In 2004 werd uiteindelijk het nieuwe kerkgebouw geopend.
