De collegiale Sint-Pauluskerk

Tussen de 13de en 16de eeuw werd de collegiale Sint-Pauluskerk uit 965 in gotische stijl heropgebouwd.
In de 16de eeuw werd haar gewelf versierd met prachtige geschilderde rankenversieringen en werden de renaissancistische kerkramen van het koor en het dwarsschip geplaatst.
De kerk, die in 1801 bevorderd werd tot kathedraal, werd verrijkt met kerkmeubilair uit kerken die na de revolutie verwoest werden, zoals de liggende Christus van Delcour (17de eeuw). Ook werd haar de schat van de oude Sint-Lambertuskathedraal toevertrouwd.
De belangrijkste stukken daarvan zijn de gouden reliekhouder van Karel de Stoute en de imposante buste-reliekhouder in goud en zilver van Sint-Lambertus, patroonheilige van het bisdom.
