De Bosberg is reeds een aantal jaar de laatste klim voor de finish, die meestal 12 km verderop ligt. Alhoewel de klim niet zo sterk is, gemiddeld 8,4% met een maximum van 11%, is het dikwijls een ideale aanvalsplaats die te nemen is met de grote plaat, nog net voor het einde.
