Restaurant De Voorspoed werkt vanuit een pure passie voor koken, en dit elke dag opnieuw.
Al hun gerechten zijn pretentieloos, tijdloos en ongecompliceerd. Hiervoor gaan ze op zoek naar simpele, maar karaktervolle en smakelijke recepten uit voornamelijk de Spaanse en Oosterse keuken, met aandacht voor vegetarische gerechten.
Het is allesbehalve een klassieke zaak met een typisch 3-gangenmenu, ze kiezen resoluut voor de Spaanse tapa sfeer die een gezellige tafelende zaal combineert met een lange geanimeerde bar waar klanten tapas, Spaanse wijn of andere dranken kunnen consumeren.
