Dit burgerhuis is een beschermd monument sinds 2002, het gaat om een cottage die in 1923 werd heropgebouwd naar een ontwerp van architect Oscar Dumon uit 1910.
Het heeft een charmante gevel waarvan de plint uit blauwe hardsteen is en het parement uit gele sierstenen met donkere versierende banden. Het pseudovakwerk op de 2de verdieping en aan de puntgevel bestaat uit cementreliëf. Het dak van de erker dient tegelijk als vloer van een balkonnetje, dat op zijn beurt overdekt wordt met een leien luifel.
Terwijl het burgerhuis aanvankelijk ontworpen werd als privéwoning, is het vandaag in gebruik als hotel.
