Kaprijke is een plaats en gemeente in de Belgische provincie Oost-Vlaanderen. De gemeente ligt in de regio Meetjesland, heeft een totale oppervlakte van 33,71 km² en telt ruim 6000 inwoners, die Kaprijkenaars worden genoemd. Kaprijke heeft een geschiedenis die teruggaat tot de Romeinse tijd en had tot de Franse Revolutie stadsrechten .
