Het provinciaal instituut voor secundair onderwijs van Verviers, ook bekend als IPES Verviers of IPES 2, is een technische en beroepsonderwijsinstelling in de provincie Luik, gelegen in Verviers, België, in een groene omgeving, Peltzer de Clermontlaan.
Aan het einde van de vorige eeuw was er in Verviers geen beroepsschool voor meisjes. Toen er een gebrek aan vrouwelijk onderwijs werd vastgesteld, nam een Verviersse industrieel, Robert Centner, in 1886 de leiding over een dergelijk onderwijs.
