Diegem Sport is een Belgische voetbalclub uit het Vlaams-Brabantse Diegem. Diegem Sport is aangesloten bij de KBVB met stamnummer 3887 en heeft groen en wit als clubkleuren. Sinds halverwege de jaren zeventig speelt Diegem hoofdzakelijk in de lagere nationale reeksen.
De club ontstond in 1943 uit de fusie van twee lokale ploegen, Diegem Star Voetbalvereeniging en Racing Dieghem Loo . Beide clubs hadden zich in 1941 aangesloten bij de Belgische Voetbalbond. De nieuwe fusieclub sloot zich aan bij de Belgische Voetbalbond en kreeg het nieuwe stamnummer 3887 toegekend. Diegem ging van start in de lagere provinciale reeksen en bleef daar vele jaren spelen. Eind jaren zeventig maakte Diegem sterk opgang. In zes jaar tijd steeg de ploeg onder leiding van trainer Etienne Borré van Derde Provinciale Brabant naar de nationale Vierde Klasse.
