Damse Vaart-Zuid nummer 76. Tennisclub zogenaamd "DE WITTE BEER". In 1933 doet de tennisclub een aanvraag tot het bouwen van een clubhuis met bijgebouwen ontworpen door architect Marcel Roelandt (Brugge). Het achterin gelegen modernistisch clubhuis bestaat uit verschillende bepleisterde en witbeschilderde, kubusvormige volumes onder platte daken. Aan de straat staat een garage in een gelijkaardige stijl.
