Bossen, heide, vennen, plassen en de kronkelende Dommel: het grensoverschrijdende natuurgebied Hageven-De Plateaux strekt zich uit over Pelt en het Nederlandse Valkenswaard. Het gebied combineert natuurlijke vennen met historische vloeiweiden en voormalige zandwinningsplassen. Tijdens deze wandeling ontdekken we hoe water het landschap al eeuwenlang vormgeeft.
