De blauwe lus van de mountainbikeroute in Damme is een 34,5 km lange route, geschikt voor gezinnen en mountainbikers van verschillende niveaus.

• Deze route bestaat voor 29% uit onverharde paden. 
• Deze route doorkruist de prachtige polders langs dreven en singletracks en passeert de centra van Damme, Oostkerke en Moerkerke. De route volgt de Damse Vaart en het Schipdonkkanaal en eindigt met een passage door Damme Golf.
• Starten doe je aan het sportpark in Sijsele - Eikelberg 3.
• Deze route biedt een mooie mix van verharde en onverharde secties, met een hoogteverschil van ongeveer 59 m.
• De route is geschikt voor gezinnen en mountainbikers van verschillende niveaus.
