Dit is de GR128 vertrekkende van treinstation EZEMAAL (NMBS) tot in de nabije buurt van de bushalte 'Kruispunt'(DL) in HOEPERTINGEN Dat is op de lijn 23a Tongeren-Sint-Truiden. De wandelafstand is 44,3km. Vanaf deze Bushalte kan je dus bv naar het Treinstation SINT-TRUIDEN rijden en daar je trein terug nemen.
Er is een korter wandelalternatief mogelijk van 35,7km als je in KORTENBOS aan de Hasseltsesteenweg de bushalte 'Hasseltsesteenweg' neemt. Dat is op de lijn 21a Hasselt-Landen. So kan je naar het Treinstation ALKEN rijden en daar je trein terug nemen.
Wil je nóg korter wandelen (31km) dan moet je in Nieuwerkerken op de Diestsesteenweg de buslalte 'Kelsbeek' nemen op de lijn 30 Beringen-Sint-Truiden. Vanaf deze Bushalte kan je dus bv naar het Treinstation SINT-TRUIDEN rijden en daar je trein terug nemen.
